.01 / TERMSLAST UPDATED — September 8, 2026

Good work
starts with
clear terms.

These Terms & Conditions set out the basic rules for using devsid.in and working with devsid.in on a project.

Project-specific proposals, estimates, statements of work or agreements may add to or override these terms where expressly agreed in writing.

01

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the devsid.in website and, where applicable, to discussions and engagements for services offered by devsid.in.

When you enter into a project-specific agreement, proposal, statement of work or other written commercial arrangement with devsid.in, that document will define the specific scope, deliverables, fees, schedule and other project terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement will generally take precedence for that project.

02

Using the website

You may use devsid.in for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, databases, administrative systems or connected services; interfere with normal operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale without permission; or use the website to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or improvements.

03

Our services

devsid.in provides branding, brand strategy, brand identity, website design, website development, brand launch and digital experience services.

The exact deliverables for a project are determined by the applicable proposal or agreement. Descriptions on the website are illustrative and do not automatically constitute a promise that every listed capability, technology or deliverable will be included in every engagement.

04

Proposals & project scope

A proposal or estimate may describe objectives, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, milestones, timelines and fees. Work begins when the required acceptance and/or advance payment has been received as specified in the applicable proposal.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional fee or timeline adjustment. We will aim to communicate material scope changes before undertaking additional work.

05

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, content and access reasonably required to complete the project.

Delays in receiving required material, decisions, credentials or approvals may affect the project schedule. Where a delay materially changes the work, the revised timeline will be discussed with the client.

You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide to us — including text, images, logos, fonts, software, trademarks and other assets — are legally available for the intended use.

06

Fees & payment

Project fees, taxes, payment milestones and due dates are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused where an invoice or milestone payment is overdue. Pausing work may affect the delivery schedule.

Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid fonts, stock assets, software subscriptions, plugins, APIs, advertising or external production are not included unless expressly stated.

07

Feedback & revisions

Each project may include a defined revision process or number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal.

Feedback should be consolidated and provided within the agreed review window where possible. New directions, substantially changed requirements or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Approval of a stage indicates that the client accepts the direction sufficiently for the project to move forward.

08

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of final project deliverables will follow the applicable project agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, payment in full is a condition for transfer of any rights expressly assigned to the client.

Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and terms. Open-source software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, APIs and other licensed components may not be transferable beyond the rights granted by their respective licences.

Unless otherwise agreed, devsid.in may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, reusable code and working processes that are not created exclusively for the client.

We may display completed work in our portfolio, website, presentations or social channels unless a written confidentiality or portfolio restriction has been agreed.

09

Third-party services

Websites and digital experiences may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, email services, analytics, APIs, CMS platforms, plugins, fonts or other software.

Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may change, become unavailable, increase in price or introduce their own terms. Unless expressly agreed, devsid.in does not guarantee the continued availability or unchanged operation of third-party services.

10

Confidentiality

Both parties should treat genuinely confidential business, technical, financial and strategic information received from the other party as confidential and use it only for the relevant engagement, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement.

Information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law is not treated as confidential solely because it was shared during a project.

11

Launch & post-launch support

Launch dates depend on the agreed scope, approvals, availability of required accounts and third-party systems, and completion of client responsibilities.

Unless included in the proposal, ongoing maintenance, content updates, hosting management, security monitoring, SEO, marketing, support retainers and future feature development are separate services.

Where a warranty or post-launch bug-fix period is included in the project agreement, it applies only within the scope and period stated there.

12

Liability

We aim to provide professional work with reasonable care and skill. However, the website and services are provided subject to the limitations set out in the applicable agreement and under applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party outages, hosting failures, domain issues, client-provided materials, unauthorised changes by others, or failures in external services.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13

Termination

Either party may end a project where the applicable agreement permits termination or where the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice, subject to the agreement and applicable law.

On termination, the client remains responsible for approved work completed and non-cancellable third-party costs incurred up to the effective termination date, as applicable under the project agreement.

14

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to a particular user or transaction.

For a specific paid engagement, the applicable proposal or agreement may contain additional provisions concerning jurisdiction, dispute resolution and venue.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes to the commercial terms of an existing project will not be made solely by changing this webpage; they will be handled through the applicable project agreement or written communication.
